Also the bright colours, which make them lighter, pointing out, perhaps, that Kafka's writing is often humorous as well as dark. The 'F. Kafka' thing, I agree, seems arbitrary unless he signed himself this way.HENRY FRYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18061963357436168139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5413291183164140297.post-43223162889144105192011-02-04T17:35:32.842-08:002011-02-04T17:35:32.842-08:00I believe that the typeface used is actually based...I believe that the typeface used is actually based on Kafka's own handwriting, if that helps. I'm not sure why the 'F. Kafka', though--maybe he signed himself as such? Also ugly. The Amerika one is hideous! And who's idea was it to call the author "F. Kafka"? Are we going to have W. Shakespeare and L. Tolstoy next?Luneroussenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5413291183164140297.post-45050322574094108332011-01-31T05:02:43.254-08:002011-01-31T05:02:43.254-08:00These are so great. All of which seem appropriate given the publications!HENRY FRYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18061963357436168139noreply@blogger.com
