I read it some years ago in the Harvill edition, but can't remember a thing about it.<br /><br />Agree that <a href="http://theasylum.wordpress.com/2007/11/29/bohumil-hrabal-too-loud-a-solitude/" rel="nofollow"><em>Too Loud a Solitude</em></a> is magnificent, and like you I didn't get much out of <em>I Served the King of England</em>.
